MIKE LOVELACE, CPT
Owner/President
Mike graduated from Green Bay West High School in 2004 and attended college at the University of WI-Oshkosh. His gym experiences include both PT and Gym Management and has almost 10 years now of experience in the industry. Mike is a certified personal trainer and has also dabbled in life coaching and mentoring youth. Mike has received a nutritional and pharmaceutical certification from Huntington Technical College in TN and is also current on his First Aid/CPR and AED Certifications. The passion and drive Mike brings to every gym is unfounded and hard to duplicate. The positivity, the enthusiasm and realism make him a must have for any fitness center looking to thrive.
Mike's family includes his fiance' Kayla, daughter, and the couple is expecting their first child, a little boy.
Mike's passions include sports, traveling, cooking, and meeting new people.
Mike was recently named 1st Team all Ironman Football League LB/CB, Defensive MVP, and nominated to several Minor League All-Star Football Games including the All American Bowl, Can-Am Bowl, USA Eagles vs Cancun University, and the Casino Bowl to be played in Las Vegas, NV.
Mike's clients can expect someone who is fun, outgoing, honest, and trustworthy. The energy he brings to each and every session is what keeps his clients laughing and smiling in even the hardest workouts.

KAYLA NAVIN
Vice President & Director of Promotions/Marketing
Kayla graduated from Green Bay Preble High School in 2008. She has always worked in the promotional modeling, acting, and marketing environment. Kayla is warm and compassionate and able to communicate with anyone. Her smile and knowledge make her a huge asset to any business. Together with Mike and Kayla's knowledge in the fitness industry it has blossomed tremendously including partnerships with Anytime Fitness, Gold's Gym and
Planet Fitness helping with promotions, front desk, gym tours, & kids club.
Kayla's past clients include KickStart Mt. Dew, Naked Juice, American Eagle's 77 kids campaign, JetAVIVA, Nissan, Coca-Cola and much more. Kayla's passions include fitness, family, friends, shopping, & traveling.
